Separation plant

The TSP300 is a compact separation system, which has been specially designed for the dewatering of sludge and for the separation of mineral solids from suspensions, such as in deep drilling or similar applications with high proportions of silt.

Details

The TSP300 is a treatment plant that is optimally assembled from proven separation components and functions as a self-contained system. As many solids as possible are removed in each separation stage. The modular arrangement guarantees a continuous and fast process and reduces downtimes to a minimum. The innovative screening technology in connection with hydrocyclones forms a closed recycling concept, which also achieves the disposal of the critical fines up to 45 μm grain size and guarantees uniform rinsing properties. The vibration screening machines can be equipped with a large selection of different tension and frame screens, which are available in mesh sizes from 4 mm to 45 μm.

The TSP300 consists of:

  • two hydro-vacuum cyclones with a size of 15 "or
  • three hydro-vacuum cyclones with a size of 12 "
  • a linear vibration screening machine 4PSM for the separation and dewatering of the underflow of the hydrocyclones
  • a 20 ft. process tank equipped with an integrated feed pump, a switching unit and accessories


Adjustable discharge chutes, a foldable working platform and plug-in railing parts ensure a safe working environment and optimal access to the system parts and make the system immediately operational. This reduces the construction time to a minimum.

The vibratory screening machines and the cyclones are fed in a space-saving manner through a firmly integrated piping and piping system.
