The DSE Multi-Cyclone-Unit 24x4 separation plant is designed to dewater heterogeneous solid-liquid mixtures. Therefore the machine is equipped with 24 hydrocyclones (4” each) and 4 panel screens.

The DSE Multi-Cyclone-Unit is an optimal extension for DSE TSP300 Separation plants.

The Multi-Cyclone-Unit includes supporting frame, piping, manifold, overflow header and fittings. Furthermore a 4PSM screening machine, pump package and an electrical cabinet are installed at the multi-cyclone-unit.

The vibration screening machines 4PSM with fully inclination adjustment capability and feed box is equipped with 4 panel screens incl. screen equipment.

The single-deck vibration screening machine can easily and flexibly be equipped with a wide range of different panel screens made of steel or polyurethane which are available from 4mm mesh width down to 45μm.

The Multi-Cyclone-Unit is fed by a heavy-duty centrifugal feed pump package, which includes one (1) heavy-duty feed pump type Warman 200-200 DMU, one (1) coupling, one (1) motor, (1) baseplate and one (1) electrical cabinet .
